Name: Leonard
Lectures on international law and international human rights in Israel and the United States. He is currently the Director of Outreach and Development for the Graduate Programs in Human Rights Practice at the University of Arizona, USA. He has previously served as an International Expert for the Open Society Foundation where he focused on human rights development and programming in higher education. Leonard was the recipient of the Republic of China’s Taiwan Fellowship in 2017 that afforded him time to research and write the present article.
