Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department at the Institute of Economics, Finance and Business of Bashkir State University, Ufa. He is the author of more than 500 scientific and educational-methodical works, including 37 monographs (14 of them are collective), 10 textbooks, 30 preprints of reports, more than 50 articles peer-reviewed by the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK).
More than 200 of his works are devoted to the development of problems of non-equilibrium economic theory.
