Assistant Professor, Ph.D. (Economics) Faculty of Global Studies Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia. Graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State Uni-versity, social-economic department of the Institute of Asian and African studies. Received a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degrees in oriental, global economy. In 2005–2006 at Tokai University, Japan, studied the Japanese language, global economic cooperation, management. In 2012–2013, undergoing doctoral courses at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, was an invited research international fellow at Yale University, USA, where carried out the research project dedicated to the development of energy cooperation in East Asia and Asia Pacific. Doctoral research thesis is dedicated to energy issues in Asia Pacific. Authored 12 articles in peer-reviewed journals (“Global Economy”, “Energy security and efficiency”, etc.), and 2 monographs, dedicated to global energy issues.
