Artemy Malkov is PhD and senior research scientist at the Institute of Economics of Russian Academy of Sciences. He is the author of a monograph Introduction to Social Macrodynamics: Compact Macromodels of the World System Growth (2006 with Andrey Korotayev and Daria Khalturina). He is the leading researcher at the Russian Academy of Sciences Presidium Project ‘Complex System Analysis and Mathematical Modeling of Global Dynamics’. He is honoree of the Russian Science Support Foundation in ‘The Best PhD of the Russian Academy of Sciences’ Nomination (2006).
