Professor in economics at the faculty of economics (unit of macro-economics and international relations) at the University of Rzeszów in Poland; Sworn translator of German language at the Ministry of Justice in Poland; National Education Medal (2017). Her scientific interests focus on theory and practice of international workforce fluctuation and labour market in general (special focus on Polish and German university graduates). She is author of over 200 scientific publications and member of several editorial boards. Anna actively cooperates with national and foreign scientists and scientific institutions. Her grants and international research already led her to collaborations with e.g. Katholischer Akademischer Ausländer-Dienst (KAAD), Humboldt University of Berlin, Institute for Labour Law and Industrial Relations in the European Union Trier, Bielefeld University, Matej Bel University Banska Bystrica, Free University Berlin, Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin; University of Applied Sciences (HTW) Berlin. Being an expert in her research area, she was already consolidated by several institutions such as the National Centre for Research and Development in Warsaw. Since over 20 years Anna participates and leads national and international research projects.
